Our story
Konvivio was born from a frustration shared by Belgian professional property managers: existing software was either too complex or not adapted to the specificities of Belgian condominium law.
Founded in Belgium, our team designed Konvivio in close collaboration with active property managers to create a tool that truly meets real-world needs.
Today, Konvivio supports hundreds of condominiums across the country, with local support available in French, Dutch, and English.
